lovely stay with excellent views

I stayed on the 33rd floor. My room had a panoramic view of the river and city. the room included a comfortable bed and was well-equipped. I also appreciated the side water flashing beside the toilet. breakfast was served on the 34th floor, and there was a wide variety of food.
the air conditioning system was not very effective, hard to get a good night's sleep. the windows are large and face the sun, causing the room to get very warm! though, the staff did try to assist.

the staff was helpful and polite throughout my stay. the concierge offered assistance with maps, shows, and trips around the city. i found the staff responsive and attentive to my needs.

the bathroom included a bath and shower, hairdryer, toiletries, and a heated towel rail. tea and coffee facilities were available, as well as a large tv. bathrobes and slippers were also provided in the room for added comfort.

this hotel is located near a shopping mall, it is within walking distance. it is approximately a five to ten-minute walk to the city center. the hotel is situated riverside.

I found VERY large rooms that included nice bathrooms. The view was amazing with floor to ceiling windows. Convenient underground parking exists, and a shopping mall is connected to the hotel. I liked the rooftop bar. The staff were FANTASTIC up there.
The restaurant and bar lacked atmosphere. Therefore, it felt quiet.

The gym was a disappointment. The equipment was old and not well maintained. I noticed a few machines were out of service, impacting my workout. Breakfast also fell short of expectations (especially for the price). The selection was limited, and some items ran out quickly without prompt replenishment. I expected more variety and attention to detail.

The room had lovely views from the 32nd floor. The staff upgraded us to a very cool and modern junior suite from the double room we booked (it was a very nice surprise!).
